I am there to talk you through the many obstacles life can present to maintain a healthy lifestyle, give guidance on how to overcome those obstacles, and consistently make prgoress in making healthy choices easier.
After your session, there may be topics or methods that you'd like more information about. I will send y ou relevant handouts and information to help you make decisions that are best for your lifestyle and goals.
Your coaching also includes 28-days of slim-down virtual personal training with Curtis Starks of Train & Burn to support your shifted eating habits and mentality toward a healthier lifestyle.
You don't have to take the journey alone. If you'd like to invite friends or be partnered with others in the program, we can build an accountability group for you!
To help combat the obstacle of not having time to figure things out, you have weekly action guides to aid you in making better decisions throughout the week.
You may feel you don't have the cooking habits for a new lifestyle. I will give you recipes you can make at home that fit your SHIFTing habits.
Support is available. They may not be your direct accountability partners, but the members of our private FB support group know what it means to break bad habits and SHIFT to greater!
Your coach is fully equipped to answer any questions you have concerning your health, what is effecting you and why, and how to overcome it all to ensure a SHIFT in your lifestyle.
